Our typical business process is simple:

  1. An initial meeting with senior level personnel
  2. Research. Either a sample group of one-on-one interviews or a larger more tailored online survey. Either way we set out to determine all the key training and development needs within your sales organisation.
  3. Proposal design, presentation and project plan.
  4. Acceptance and sign off.
  5. Often (not always) a 'road show' is required to explain the strategy to a wide audience. This can be done face to face or 'streamed' live through our webcast partners Thomson-StreamX.
  6. Ongoing evaluation and feedback to the customer.
  7. Automation of the processes or training using the salesfox content management system and on-line learning tools.
  8. Continuous evaluation and feedback.
